Winter Boredom

Again, not much has been going on around here. Little by little I am starting to feel better. I feel like some warmer weather would help. We went to John and Penny Spark's house last night for a Super Bowl Party. The kids had a lot of candy within arms' reach, so they were pretty happy. We got to see Ashlyn and I even brought along my camera to get some pictures, but it never happened. I am thinking we may start potty training Ellie sometime this week. Now when her diaper is wet, she will tell me she went pee pee and go into her room and lay down so I can change her diaper. Today Ellie and I bought some pull-ups and underwear for her at Wal-Mart. Ellie was very excited about getting these. First she put them in her closet and then she decided she wanted to carry the pull-ups around with her. She would probably have her underwear too, but they are in our laundry basket waiting to go through the wash. She carries the pull-ups everywhere and pushes them around in her stroller. She even took them to bed with her.

Jackson is super bored and it didn't help today that I was trying to work on our taxes. He decided to pull all the cushions off the couch and chairs and use them as race car tracks, forts, and finally a falling slide. Now he is busy putting them all back in place.
