Fun in the Snow

Today we ventured out in the snow. It was a first for Ellie and she enjoyed it. Since most of our stuff is in storage, we didn't have that much stuff for going out in the snow. Ellie wore some of Jackson's sweat pants over her clothes and I had to wear sweat pants too along with my regular boots instead of snow boots. Ellie loved being pulled around on the sled. At the end I did one last pull and noticed the sled was a little lighter and I looked back and she was laying on her back in the snow-she fell off. It didn't phase her too much though as when I tried to put her back inside she got mad. I took Jackson around a couple times and then both of them together and I think we broke the sled. Ellie enjoyed just sitting on it and watching Jackson and I try to build a snowman. We didn't get that accomplished because Viva, Andy and Autumn's dog, kept digging on any type of mound we would build up. So then we just tried to turn it into a little slide. So I think they both enjoyed it and it was a nice little break from being stuck inside all of the time.
