An Early Christmas

Last night we had a little Christmas celebration for Amanda and Carson since they aren't going to be here for Christmas. They both got to open some gifts from my parents and Jackson and Carson exchanged gifts. Jackson was very excited because he got the blue Lightning McQueen from Carson. He couldn't believe it. He even gave Carson a hug and told him thank you. He has played with it almost every chance he has had since he opened it. He took it to bed with him last night and I had Jackson go to the bathroom before he laid down. He told me that Lightning needed to go pee too, so he held him over the toilet. When I asked if he was done Jackson informed me that Lightning needed to go poop too. Then when he was all done, he wiped Lightning on the toilet paper roll and they headed off to bed together. And this morning when Jackson was getting ready for school he asked me if I could take care of Lightning while he was gone. Carson got the cutest Eeyore whose ears flap up and down. It entertained us all. Ellie didn't get to open anything but she was happy picking the presents up by the bows and carrying them around. Jackson and I did go yesterday so he could get Ellie a present for Christmas and of course he got her a train. It was pink though and her name is Rosie. So we wrapped it up and Jackson showed it to Ellie. He is very excited for her to open it up-I wonder why?
