Here are some pictures from the other night. We convinced Jackson to watch Kung Fu Panda a while back and he liked it. He always tries to do some kung fu moves after he watches it and of course Ellie has to try to. He decided he would do a little kung fu/Action Jackson combo. Since he had his cape on, Ellie wanted to dress up too. She loves her princess dress. She wanted to wear her shoes too, but it was too hard to get up on the ottoman with them on. She didn't get as much air as Jackson-must be the cape.

The Adventures of Kung Fu Action Jackson and Pretty Princess
Well it is time to get back into the swing of things and luckily I am feeling a little better. Jackson went back to school today and I noticed that they had applications for the next school year! I picked up one for kindergarten-we'll see. Another little milestone-we took the paci away from Ellie. She had bitten through most of them and she didn't want them if they were broke. I decided now was as good of time as any to get rid of them instead of buying new ones. She kept asking for it the first few nights, but doesn't mention it any longer. It does take her a while to fall asleep though. She doesn't cry, she just talks and sings. Her new routine now is that you have to tie her Cabbage Patch Doll's bow before she goes to bed. Coincidentally, she used to called her pacis "boppy" and her Cabbage Patch's name is Bobbi. So Andrew was really confused the other night when he laid her down and she got upset when he didn't understand, "Bobbi bow." He thought she wanted her "boppy."
