Bella's Baptism

This weekend we went to St. Louis for Bella's baptism. Andrew ended up not being able to go because he is super busy. He got to stay home and work and water our newly seeded yard (a big job in itself). Caroline drove down with the kids and I. Bella did wonderful during her baptism- I never heard a peep. Her cousins, on the other hand, were just a little rowdy. Ellie tried to get up front once. The actual baptisimal font was over on the side, just right beside us. Jackson and Ellie were starting to get a little loud, so I brought out some fruit snacks. Jackson tried to open his a little more and the package rip and they spilled out all over the floor, in front of the baptisimal font. He quickly picked them all up and all was well. Sara and Ryan then had their families over to their house afterwards for a dinner that was delicious. Jackson was out front when Scott, Ryan's brother, and his wife Emily, got there. Emily reintroduced herself and said that Scott was Ryan's brother. Jackson proceeded to tell her, "I'm Jackson and that is Ellie. She came out of my mom's belly." So cute. The kids had a great time playing and Jackson was so excited to see Olivia again. They played all night.

Tomorrow is Amanda's birthday-so HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMANDA!!

By the way, did you see the men's 4X100 relay last night? It was one of the best races ever, but it wasn't on until 10:30. Click this link to watch it. . .
