Pool Play

Today Jackson finally got to play in his friend Kirsten's pool. She has one of the plastic pools and it has a slide in it. We have trying to plan this for about a month now and Jackson is always wanting to go over there. Last night we were over there for a little bit and the pool had a little bit of rain water in it and Jackson and Kirsten both managed to get soaked in their regular clothes. So we set up a date for this afternoon. Addie stopped by before he was going, so she went along too. I let Jackson ride his bike up there (they live about 6 houses up the street from us) by himself on his bike and he was very excited. Ellie and I went over a little later after she got up from her nap. I think they all had a fun time except I guess Jackson and Kirsten had a little collision while running through the sprinkler. I think they both cried for just a little bit, but then were quickly back to playing. I just had to get a few pictures because I didn't have any of his new, sweet friend Kirsten. Even though Jackson has a great time I think Andrew is a little worried-he thinks Jackson needs to more friends that are boys. I think it is great that he at least has some kids to play with in the neighborhood.
